BOGDAN FISZER

President of the Board

A graduate of the Silesian University of Technology (in the field of mining) and the University of Warsaw (in the field of finance). He started his career in 1982 in the coal mine "Wesoła", where he worked until 1990. Between 1990 and 1995, as a director and chairman, he managed and reorganized municipal enterprises in Mysłowice. In the same period, he was a vice president of Netia S.A, which he co-created with 21 Silesian municipalities. In 1995, he returned to the mining industry. Until 2003, he worked in structures of "Nadwiślańska Spółka Węglowa S.A." as a Director and Vice-President in charge of trade and finance. On 30 December 2004, after one and a half  of a year preparations, as CEO he inroduced a first private factoring company – Eurofactor S.A. on the stock exchange. Since 2006 he  has supervised and since 2009 he has been the President of the Board of Conbelts Bytom S.A.

Member of the Board of Medicina Pro Humana Foundation, Katowice. Donator of the Chopin Foundation, Brussels. Donator of the Polish Department at Columbia University in New York.

MARZANNA PEUKERT

Vice President of the Board

Graduate of the School of Marketing Management and Foreign Languages ​​in Katowice, Master of Economics with a specialization in accounting and computer science. She has many years of experience working as chief accountant. Her professional career in this area began in 1995. She worked as an accountant climbing up the career ladder until she was promoted to chief accountant. This position she held for many years while getting to know the characteristics of different entities and branches. She worked for Nadwiślański Węgiel SA, Horyzon Finance & Accounting Sp. z oo, Silesia Capital Fund SA, KWK Jaworzno. She has been the Vice-President of Conbelts Bytom S.A. since February 2010.
Being the Master of Economics, she has also a soul of an artist. She actively supports St. Elizabeth Care Home in Bytom – Lagiewniki and other initiatives of residents of Bytom. Privately, a happy mother of two adult daughters. She is interested in literature and music.

SYLWIA BORZUCKA

Vice President of the Board

Absolwentka Politechniki Śląskiej w Gliwicach (Wydział Organizacji i Zarządzania). Słuchaczka podyplomowych studiów na Politechnice Śląskiej w Gliwicach, Wyższej Szkole Zarządzania Ochroną Pracy w Katowicach oraz Akademii Górniczo-Hutniczej w Krakowie. Kwalifikacje zawodowe podnosiła na kursach i szkoleniach z zakresu zarządzania, finansów oraz zagadnień prawnych dotyczących obrotu gospodarczego. Posiada wieloletnie doświadczenie w zakresie zarządzania oraz restrukturyzacji przedsiębiorstw. 

Podczas kilkunastoletniej kariery zawodowej sprawowała funkcje zarządcze w spółkach z branży produkcyjnej oraz usługowej. Funkcję wiceprezesa zarządu Conbelts S.A. pełni od lutego 2016 r.
